Acerca De La Compañía

Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease that affects approximately 2-3% of the global population. It is characterized by erythema, squamous plaques, and impaired physical function and quality of life (QoL). In the past two decades, immunotherapy, including biologics and small molecule inhibitors, has fundamentally changed the treatment of psoriasis by targeting key pathogenic pathways such as the IL-23/IL-17 axis.

However, the clinical response to these therapies varies greatly: up to 40% of patients fail to achieve sufficient disease control, while others experience adverse events (AEs) or develop drug resistance over time. Targeted monitoring of immunotherapy for psoriasis refers to the systematic and personalized evaluation of treatment efficacy, safety, and persistence based on clinical indicators, molecular biomarkers, and advanced technologies. Its core goal is to optimize treatment outcomes by adjusting treatment plans in a timely manner, minimizing harm, and promoting precision medicine in psoriasis care.
